Hi, I’m Freddie, founder of Eight Two Digital. Since 2015 I’ve built websites and software for the likes of IBM, BP, Ticketmaster, Sainsbury’s and BT, and helped startups, brands and service-based businesses grow with digital marketing and social media.
We help you by looking at where you are now, what you want more of, and what to fix first. Then we build it to bring in more calls, more enquiries and more customers.

You fill out a basic onboarding form with your business details. Once we have the correct information, we’ll get to work.

We’ll walk you through everything we’ve built, answer any questions you have, and show you how it all works. We’ll give you our contact details so you know how to reach us when you need help, and if we’re working together monthly, you get a report each month with the improvements and results.

Local SEO is website-led: service pages, location pages and the technical work that gets you ranking in search. Google Growth is profile-led: your Google Business Profile, Maps visibility, reviews and posts. Two different places customers find you, and we cover both. Start with whichever is costing you the most work right now, and add the other when you are ready.
Not always. If what you have is capable, we will build on it with Local SEO or Google Growth and save you the money. If it is slow, unclear or not bringing in enquiries, a new one is usually the fastest win, and we will show you exactly why before you decide.
Yes. We look at what you need, tell you what we would do first, and give you a clear price before anything starts. No hidden bits added later. A website is a fixed price and it is yours once it is paid for. The monthly services are flat monthly fees with no setup charge.
Within seven days. Once you are happy to go ahead we send a short onboarding form, and we get to work as soon as it comes back. No waiting weeks for a slot.
No. We ask you for the basics, what you do, where you work, what customers ask for and the jobs you want more of. Then we write it in plain English and send it over for you to check before anything goes live.
No long contracts. A website is a one-off build and it is yours once it is paid for. The monthly services run month to month with 30 days notice, so we earn it every month. We would rather keep you because the work is working than because you signed something.
Nobody can promise that, and be wary of anyone who does. What we can promise is the work that gets businesses there: the pages Google needs, the technical faults fixed, the reviews coming in and your profile built to win the map results. That is what moves you up the page, and you see exactly what changed every month.
